Following the conclusion of tonight’s Prom Night, one Dancing With The Stars couple will be eliminated from the competition. Who is in danger?
In the second part of the back-to-back episodes this week, the Dancing With The Stars couples will take on Prom Night. Following the conclusion of their second dance of the week, a couple will be eliminated from the competition. Like all eliminations on the show, the bottom two will be determined based on the couple’s scores as well as the number of votes they received from fans.
Initially, this week was set to face the couples with two nights of eliminations, one following the Most Memorable Year Night and another during tonight’s Prom Night. Unfortunately, actress Selma Blair announced during Monday’s live episode that she will be withdrawing from the competition for the safety of her own health. Due to this, there was no elimination following the Most Memorable Year Night.
Trevor Donovan May Be In Danger Tonight
Prior to Selma’s withdrawal, the most recent elimination resulted in Sam Champion and his pro partner Cheryl Burke being eliminated from the competition. During the elimination, the judges chose to save Trevor Donovan and Emma Slater. Now, Trevor may be in danger tonight. It is not uncommon that a couple is eliminated the week after being saved from the bottom two. While Trevor has in fact been making improvements in the ballroom, he still is not scoring as high as some of his competitors.
In addition to Trevor, Jessie James Decker and her pro partner Alan Bersten may also be in danger following tonight’s Prom Night. The dancing duo found themselves at the bottom of the leaderboard at the conclusion of Monday night’s live show with a score of 29. Luckily for Jessie, there was no elimination following the Most Memorable Year Night on Monday; however, if she and Alan do not improve their scores with their second dance of the week, they may be leaving the ballroom.
Although both Trevor and Jessie may find themselves in danger tonight, a lot can change throughout the live show. With the hardest week of Dancing With The Stars yet finally coming to an end, the stars will give their second dance of the week their all tonight. Should the leaderboard change before the elimination, Prom Night may have a shocking end.
