The Fall 2022 anime line-up from Crunchyroll includes over forty series. It kicked off on September 24 with I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss and has since continued with the fourth season of Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These, Spy x Family, and Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition. Other offerings yet to come include the second season of To Your Eternity, Chainsaw Man, BLUELOCK, and the third season of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun.

Continuing Simulcasts From Summer 2022

Crunchyroll has been simulcasting new episodes of popular anime for some time now and this Fall is no exception with numerous returning series. These include popular series like One Piece, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai, Case Closed (Detective Conan), and Digimon Ghost Game. There will also be some lesser-known series that could be fun for manga and anime fans to give a try such as Delicious Party Pretty Cure, Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer, Utawarerumono Mask of Truth, Shadowverse Flame, and season two of Obey Me! The Anime. Trailers for several of the streaming service’s offerings are now available on its YouTube channel for anime fans to sift through.

The Biggest Series to Watch Out For

Hit series are hits for a reason and with some popular manga series finally airing anime adaptations, this is the perfect opportunity to check out Chainsaw Man and Spy x Family. Both series have been serialized by Shonen Jump and have been met with great success. Their manga have each been nominated for, or won, several awards and have been bestsellers in recent years. Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man began serializing in 2018 and currently has 11 volumes, while Tatsuya Endo’s Spy x Family began serializing in 2019 and has 9 volumes. Raven of the Inner Palace is another new anime, though it is being adapted from a popular Chinese fantasy light novel series by Koko Shirakawa, which has sold over one million copies.

If a newer series doesn’t sound appealing, there is the possibility of jumping back into a global classic with Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition. This is a TV cut of the Golden Age Arc films and is supposed to feature new scenes. Dub languages for it include English, Spanish (Latin American), Brazilian Portuguese, and French. As previously mentioned, fans can also jump back into My Hero Academia with the airing of season 6. With so much to check out, Crunchyroll is sure to keep fans occupied with its Fall 2022 line-up.
