Bachelor In Paradise: Pieper James & Brendan Morais Move In Together

Bachelor in Paradise season 7 couple Pieper James and Brendan Morais made waves on the beach with their controversial relationship last summer, but the couple remained strong and announced that they are now living together. Brendan was thrilled when Pieper arrived in Mexico, but the problem was that he had been connecting with Natasha Parker. They had exchanged roses, and Natasha believed that their relationship could go somewhere. When Pieper showed up, the other Bachelor in Paradise season 7 contestants accused her and Brendan of planning to reunite in Paradise when they found out that they had met before the show. They left together, leaving Natasha feeling used, and the other contestants disgusted by their scheme.

Despite having some issues early in their relationship after filming, Brendan and Pieper defied the odds, and they are now living together over a year after the conclusion of Bachelor in Paradise season 7. The couple is currently living in Massachusetts, but this will be temporary for them. In an interview with Us Weekly, Pieper explained, “We’re both planning our next move, so I would say [it’s] for now. We travel so much, so it’s been, like, a month and a half of us being there for four days at a time.” She shared that she and Brendan have “always done things as we want.” They did not get engaged on Bachelor in Paradise, but Pieper said that this was “probably a blessing because we [don’t] have to rush to marriage or anything like that. It’s kind of, ‘Let’s take things at our own speed.'”

Brendan & Pieper See Marriage In Their Future

Brendan shared that he is “really, really happy” with the status of his relationship with Pieper. He said that he would not be dating her if she was not a person he “could envision marrying at some point in my life, sooner than later.” He went on to say that they are both “very pleased with where we’re at right now and just enjoying each other, enjoying traveling and the journey that is dating, and we’ll see what happens.” The duo is currently in couples therapy and have recently completed their first session. Piper explained, “I’m a big proponent of therapy, so I feel like our relationship is great, and this is just the thing to take it to the next level, especially when you are talking about marrying somebody in the future.”

Although Pieper and Brendan’s Bachelor in Paradise experience was marred by controversy most likely of their own making, they seem to be very happy now. They were painted as the villains of the season, but perhaps they were simply misguided in their plan to be together. Brendan’s biggest mistake was using Natasha to wait for Pieper to arrive on the beach. However, now that they have lasted over a year since the show ended, their love has transcended the reality romance competition.

Bachelor in Paradise season 7 was one of the most successful. Engaged couples Mari Pepin and Kenny Braasch and Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile are planning their weddings. Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb are still dating, along with Alana Milne and Chris Conran. Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs got engaged several months after the season ended, when she proposed to him. Brendan and Pieper are another happy Bachelor in Paradise couple whose future seems very bright.

Bachelor In Paradise season 8 airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
