The Frederick native was a single mother to son Daniel when she met husband, Ronald Smith, during a South Africa trip. Unaware of Ronald’s criminal past, Tiffany started a long-distance relationship and got married to him on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way when she found out his secret. Tiffany and Ronald soon became parents to baby Carley and came back to tell their story on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, which revealed the cracks in their relationship as they slowly headed towards divorce.
With the many breakups and makeups in Tiffany and Ronald’s life, fans often find it difficult to decipher if they are together at the moment or not. But Tiffany currently stars in 90 Day: The Single Life season 3, which was supposedly filmed in March 2022. To celebrate her 90 Day Fiancé return, Tiffany decided to treat her Instagram followers to a bunch of throwback photos, with pictures of herself from her childhood to right before her making her reality TV debut. In the photos, Tiffany revealed her many looks, some with her having an emo bob with razor-cut ends to lifting her T-shirt to show her stomach. Tiffany gave birth to her son Daniel when she was just 17 years old, but it looks like she didn’t stop motherhood from getting in her way of living her best life as a 20-something woman.

Tiffany started her weight loss journey shortly after giving birth to her and Ronald’s baby in July 2019. In the following months, Tiffany lost 20 pounds, but it was only after getting gastric sleeve surgery in June 2015 that she started noticing a drastic difference in her health and physique. Seventy percent of Tiffany’s stomach was cut off, but she admitted she underwent the operation not to lose weight but to become healthy and feel happy. 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany recently revealed that she used to weigh almost 300 pounds, which was the heaviest she’d ever been when she filmed the Happily Ever After Tell-All. Back then, Ronald was against Tiffany getting the same procedure that helped Angela Deem lose over 100 pounds.
Tiffany appeared in 90 Day: The Single Life episode 4, where she revealed that despite their split, she has to do a video call every day to Ron so the kids get to see their dad. Ronald, meanwhile, is upset about Tiffany going on dates. With her new look and exuding new confidence, Tiffany is on the hunt for her version of Sam Heughan from Outlander. But 90 Day Fiancé‘s Tiffany also feels like she’s rusty after having been in a relationship for six years and admitted she doesn’t know how to date. Tiffany, who has no idea how to flirt anymore, still ended up meeting a man named Fabian, who was an old fling from seven years ago.
Fans can somehow imagine that Tiffany and Ronald end up getting back together after this season of 90 Day: The Single Life ends. But recently, Tiffany was also seen on the dating app Tinder, which has again confused everyone about their relationship status. For now, Tiffany seems to want to embrace her new self, which is bolder and more mature than the woman in her throwback photos.
