In a shocking new custody update, 90 Day Fiancé star Karine Martins reveals that her and Paul Staehle’s children don’t call her their mother.
Former 90 Day Fiancé star Karine Martins is “heartbroken” at the prospect of losing her and Paul Staehle’s sons Ethan and Pierre to another woman. Brazilian woman Karine and Paul from Kentucky have had one of the most traumatic relationships in the TLC franchise. Not only have Paul and Karine split and gotten back together multiple times, but recent abuse allegations have also led to their kids being placed in foster care. A leaked video of their abusive relationship in front of their son, and Pierre later going missing, are just some of Paul and Karine’s controversies from 2022. Since their split, Karine and Paul have been battling for child custody.
According to Paul, Karine did everything that Child Protection Services and the judge asked her to do. But the family court has only permitted Karine one hour a week to see the children. Karine shared her heart-wrenching Instagram Stories while returning from this scheduled visit on Sunday night. 90 Day Fiancé celeb Karine claimed that she’s “forbidden” to post the only moments she has with her kids, who don’t know if she’s their mom. She explained that she was coming home “after a few hours” with her kids and was feeling “heartbroken” about it. In a different Instagram Story, Karine posted a selfie, which showed her with swollen eyes, filled with tears. “I feel like another woman is taking my place as a mother,” Karine confessed. 90 Day Fiancé Fans Still Blame Karine Martins
Several 90 Day Fiancé fans responded to the Instagram fan account. “U should have listened to your parents,” read one of the top comments on the post. “Well Paul was a walking red flag from the beginning,” said another. Another fan slammed Karine for not making her kids her priority. They wrote that they cannot imagine how 90 Day Fiancé celeb Karine feels; however, “at least they are with someone who makes them a priority.” The fan tried explaining their stance by saying that Pierre and Ethan were loved by Karine, but they were growing up in a “toxic” environment when they should grow up in a healthy one. Karine said that her kids have started calling their foster mother their “mom.”
The 26-year-old woman is hurting while Paul is currently in Brazil due to reasons unknown. Paul was recently slammed for posting a bizarre Instagram video with a female friend, who’s just 17 years old. Fans also saw the 39-year-old man liking all the woman’s photos on Instagram and commenting on them too. There have been videos of 90 Day Fiancé star Paul wearing an indigenous Brazilian headdress and running in the wild carrying a bow and arrow, which have been called out for appropriation.
While Paul has been talking about how the system is allegedly corrupt for terminating his and Karine’s parental and custodial rights, fans are finding it hard to give any sympathy to the 90 Day Fiancé celebrity. Karine is trying her best to get her life on track and lately never misses any opportunity to talk about how much she misses her boys. TLC viewers are of the opinion that Karine should have taken the kids back with her to her country and left Paul a long time ago. While that never happened, perhaps reality TV star Karine might prove fans wrong by being a better mother to her precious children in the future.
