90 Day Fiancé fans lack sympathy for former cast member Varya Malina after she has recently revealed her struggles with missing Geoffrey in prison.
Former 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast member Varya Malina recently opened up about how hard life has been with her fiancé Geoffrey Paschel in prison, but fans have zero sympathy for her struggles. Varya and Geoffrey appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 4, when Geoffrey traveled to Russia to meet Varya, where he ultimately proposed to her. Varya did not accept Geoffrey’s first proposal, however, she later surprised Geoffrey in the United States where the two became engaged. Geoffrey was later sentenced to 18 years in prison for assaulting and abusing a former girlfriend, although his relationship with Varya still seems to be as strong as ever.
Varya recently posted several photos and messages in her Instagram stories about how much she misses Geoffrey, writing “I just realized TODAY IS THE DAY and I don’t want to get up from my bed.” Reddit user 55-percent posted a screenshot of Varya’s story and called her out for her audacity. They wrote, “What about all the pain the women he abused must have felt, and the hell they’ve been going through.” They emphasized that they felt it was inconsiderate of Varya to be emotional about Geoffrey on social media considering that he was in jail as a result of abuse charges.
90 Day Fiancé Fans Often Find Varya To Be Inconsiderate
Fans have struggled to sympathize with Varya for some time, partly because they often find her behavior to be inconsiderate and strange. Several fans in the comments remembered the time when Varya visited the grave of Geoffrey’s deceased son Kazhem from a previous relationship. Varya had never met Kazhem, but she decorated his grave and posted a video of her doing so on Instagram. Many fans felt that this was disrespectful of Varya considering that she never had any connection to the child except through Geoffrey, and was made worse by the fact that Kazhem’s mother was not able to come to the United States from Canada to visit his grave.
Many fans feel that Varya’s social media posts recently have been a cry for attention, including her latest story. Some fans in the comments pointed out that Varya was wearing fresh blue eyeliner in the picture, so it appeared that she had already gotten out of bed for the day and applied her makeup. Varya also appeared to be posing for the photo, dramatically looking off to the side while covering half of her mouth with a fist to make it look like she was deep in thought.
Varya is a rather controversial 90 Day Fiancé cast member, as many fans do not respect her choice to stay with Geoffrey after he was sent to prison. Others feel that she is a clout chaser, and that she only uses her relationship with Geoffrey to stay relevant among fans. While Varya has been very open about her recent struggles with missing Geoffrey, among other things, on social media, fans lack sympathy for her as they feel that she has made many bad decisions.
